Refund Information
At Elite Fragrances, we take pride in delivering elegant, long-lasting perfumes, body lotions, car diffusers, and home fragrances made from premium ‘A’ Grade oils inspired by international best-selling brands. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.
Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened fragrance products unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once your return request is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or agreed alternative
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are:
- Defective or damaged
- Incorrect due to our fulfilment error
If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used perfumes and body products
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
- Products not in original condition or packaging
